The G440 family of drivers (MAX, LST, SFT) is optimized to deliver more ball speed through several advancements, including the lowest CG ever in a PING driver and a flatter, thinner face, while still providing the game-changing forgiveness expected from a PING driver. Each model is designed to fit a specific type of player, with each head profile engineered to provide the launch conditions that best suit their swing. The overall system weight is 10 grams lighter to help golfers swing faster and hit higher, longer drives with a comfortable, slightly muffled sound.

G440 HL SFT (Straight Flight):

• Golfers in need of slice correction technology are best suited to the G440 HL SFT (Straight Flight) option, which features a two-position (Draw and Draw+) 23-gram backweight. Available in 9° and 10.5° lofts.

Technology:

• Free-Hosel Technology: weight removed from a portion of the hosel is reallocated to push the mass lower and create the lowest center of gravity yet in a PING driver, aligned closer to the line of force for faster ball speed, optimal spin and higher launch for longer, straighter drives.
• Hotter, Thinner Face: A lower face height allows us to make the face both thinner and hotter for more ball speed and consistency across the entire face, including the high heel area.
• Lighter Overall, Longer Shaft Length: The overall system weight is reduced by 10 grams to help golfers swing faster and achieve more speed while maintaining a tight dispersion pattern.
• CarbonFly Wrap Crown: Common to all three models (MAX, LST, SFT), the CarbonFly Wrap Crown saves weight, which is reallocated to lower the center of gravity, provide forgiveness and contribute to a more dampened, comfortable sound at impact.
• Trajectory Tuning 2.0 Adjustable Hosel: The lightweight, 8-position hosel allows adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than standard) to further optimize ball flight.
